Limewire pro gratuitement et legalement (?)

Le bien connu et apprécié Limewire faisait les manchettes récemment.Il semble que, dû à un flou législatif dans la GPL,
l'on puisse distribué gratuitement Limewire dans sa version Pro.

Un commentaire que j'ai remarqué du site joeanderson.co.uk
résumant la situation:

I don’t know where you all got the idea that compiled binaries have different terms.

Bon, je suis pas expert en la matière, j'ignore donc si l'utilisation du-dit logiciel est légitime. L'avis d'un expert seraient la bienvenue.
